Watch: Promiseland Reveals "Take Down the House" Music Video

Australian-born, NYC-based musician Johann Rashid aka Promiseland has revealed the video for his infectious single "Take Down the House". 

The song came out last month via Julian Casablancas label Cult Records. Buy it here.

Casablancas has described him as the “Future Prince of Anarchy”.

The Transient Program For Drums and Machinery is an installation imagined by Soulwax and Ill-Studio, built for live performance, and operated by Stephen and David Dewaele, Stefaan Van Leuven, Iggor Cavalera, Victoria Smith, Blake Davies and Laima Leyton, under the name of Soulwax. 

This performance of 'Is It Always Binary' was recorded and filmed live on 29th of August at 3 Mills Studios in London, captured by James Willis for Bullion Productions.

New Entry: DMA'S Unleash New Single "Dawning"

Aussie jangle pop/indie rock trio DMA'S have unleashedtheir new single "Dawning".

“We feel like ‘Dawning’ gives people the opportunity to decide what the song means to them,” says frontman Tommy O’Dell. “While the message of the song is quite dark, we also wanted create a piece of music that sounds uplifting and hopeful.”

Watch: The Breeders Return With New Song “Wait In The Car”

Dayton alt rock band The Breeders have returned with a brand new single called "Wait in the Car" and its accompanying video.

According to a press release, the two-minute track is the first featuring the classic lineup behind The Breeders’ 1993 LP, Last Splash — Kim and Kelley Deal, Josephine Wiggs, and Jim Macpherson. The group’s members hit the studio to work on this new material not long after going on a 20th anniversary tour of Last Splash in 2013. The band's last full-length was 2008’s Mountain Battles.

The new tune will be released as part of an upcoming series of 7-inch singles via 4AD. Grab it here.
