The video was directed by Alan Del Rio Ortiz, who has said:  “I wanted to make a non narrative video clip about young love without showing the usual conventions of going on dates or hanging out at the mall. We studied this couple as they would study themselves and each other in their dreams, and used abstractly sexual imagery to give it a hallucinogenic and hazy atmosphere”.

Listen: Visage Preview New Song "Lost In Static" - Day 7

Visage have shared the preview for the track #7 on their forthcoming album "Hearts and Knives", out next week (May 20).

Day 7 - "Lost In Static"

About the song, the band say:

"'Lost In Static' slows the tempo of the album down once more with washes of analog keyboard pads, Bowie style elongated guitar lines and a ponderous haunting synth bass line. As with all other tracks on the album new vocalist Lauren Duvall is on fine form here. Many former Visage tracks feature female vocals and with “Lost In Static” Lauren adds new dimnestions and layers to the sound. The Lyrics of 'Lost In Static' talk of a time away in isolation only to return once more to the frey."

Watch: Drop Out Venus Share New Video For "Death Is Screaming"

South London's Drop Out Venus have shared the video for their latest single "Death Is Screaming", taken from their Glitz EP, out on June 24. The song is part of our current playlist www.koolrockradio.com.

About the song, singer Iva M says:

"'Death Is Screaming' is the lead single of our Glitz EP and it's about the escapism in pop music as well as personal painful aspects of uncontrollable mania. It's also about trying to have a sense of humour about the whole thing. I felt compelled to write this song because as a young person trying to survive in the world, especially the world of music, I needed to put my frustration in a coherent and positive format as opposed to the usual self destructive behaviour that mania compels us towards."
